Old Chair, New Tricks

This old chair has been through three generations of Smiths. Jake's grandparents owned it. Jake's father grew up doing his homework on these chairs, sitting at the table that matches them. It's a lovely story really. It's a wonderful set: sturdy, solid wood, will last forever!

But......it's a little outdated. So, I decided to teach this old chair a new trick!

Voila! (see below)
Now imagine six matching chairs with a beautiful refinished table that has been sanded, restained and varnished. The legs of the table will be white like the chair with a beautiful gleaming wood finish top. Ooooo! I can't wait! I'll post after pictures when it's done!!
